The Nevada State Health Division sub-grants federal funds to
Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) to provide access to
insurance or discounted medical services for low income,
uninsured Nevadans.
NHAP
helps program participants find a medical home for their
primary care needs.
NHAP
helps program participants find hospital and laboratory
services, outpatient clinics, pharmaceuticals, dental care
and eye care at significantly discounted rates.
NHAP
also offers services related to wellness and wellness
education.
NHAP
has hundreds of partners in Northern and Southern Nevada.
